Who created the program?

The Best of Friends program was developed in the clinic setting by Educational and Developmental Psychologist, Dr. Kimberley O’Brien, together with the QK team, that included teachers and other educational and social development experts.

What is the program structure?

There are two main structures. The target program can be delivered over 10-sessions, for a group sizes of up to 8 students. The universal program can be delivered for the entire classroom during one term to two terms.

What ages or stages is it intended for?

The program is suitable for school students aged 7 to 11 years or on stages 2, 3 and 4 of the Australian Curriculum.

How much does it cost to my students?

Individual cost per student starts at $80. This is only $8 per session and includes the individual workbook. All the supervision, support and regular customer service is included.

Who can to deliver the content?

Our program can be delivered by teachers, counsellors, guidance officers, psychologists or pastoral care professionals that have completed the accreditation with us.

Do I need Training?

Yes. You will need to complete a simple preparation process and complete supervised session. When it comes to delivering the program we are committed to ensuring the highest possible standards for our facilitator.

Our school is based in a regional area, can we use the program?

Yes! We can help you to implement the program anywhere around Australia and overseas.
