All you need to know:

Who created the program?

The Best of Friends program was developed in a clinical setting by Educational and Developmental Psychologist, Dr. Kimberley O’Brien, together with the QK team, including teachers and other educational and social development experts.

What is the program structure?

There are two main structures. The target program can be delivered over 10 sessions, to groups of up to 8 students. The universal program can be delivered to the entire classroom across one to two terms.

What ages or stages is it intended for?

The program is suitable for school students aged 7 to 11 years, or on stages 2, 3 and 4 of the Australian Curriculum.

How much will it cost my students?

Individual cost per student starts at $80. This comes to only $8 per session, and includes the individual workbook. All supervision, support, and regular customer service is included.

Who can deliver the content?

Our program can be delivered by teachers, counsellors, guidance officers, psychologists or pastoral care professionals who have completed the accreditation with us.

Do I need training?

Yes. You will need to complete a simple preparation process as well as a supervised session. When it comes to delivering the program, we are committed to ensuring that facilitators are trained to the highest possible standard.

Our school is based in a regional area, can we use the program?

Yes! We can help you to implement the program wherever you are in the world, whether you are in Australia or overseas.

All the components for success.

Educational, social, emotional and academic
success all neatly packed together.
